Updates: Instagram Lets Users Pin Comments To The Top Of Posts
Instagram has rolled out globally its Pinned Comments feature which it was testing in May.
Today we’re rolling out pinned comments everywhere 📌

The feature lets any user pin three comments on a post to the top of a thread, the purpose of which is to highlight key comments and provide users with more control over the sentiment of the comments of the thread. Another benefit of this functionality is that a ‘commenter’ is notified if their comment has been pinned which gives your followers a sense of value and community.
To pin a comment just swipe left to reveal options for reporting, deleting and replying and click on the pin option.
Whilst not a game changer this feature can certainly help brands, businesses and creators better manage their content and we look forward to seeing what new features Instagram next has lined up for us.
